Dominic Enterprises

A family-owned entity, Dominic Enterprises began its operations in 1954 with the Casino Hotel, in Willingdon Island, Kochi. Since then the group has grown rapidly with its hospitality division, CGH Earth, now consisting of 23 properties spread across India. Following its successful foray into the tourism sector, Dominic Enterprises diversified its interests into new verticals such as in-flight & institutional catering with CAFS, luxury real estate with JGT Living Spaces and Retail F&B Offerings with Pandhal.

Pandhal has been delighting Kerala with its premium cakes and pastries since 1984. More recently the brand has launched its cafe and deli concept with multiple locations. The famous Mattanchere Spice Plum Cake from the Pandhal brand has gained international renown for its flavour, selling out every Christmas without fail.
